Our coach is world renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin and thanks to Charles we are fortunate to be armed with superior knowledge in strength and conditioning, scientific fat loss, sustainable body transformations, rehabilitation, sports specific conditioning, amongst many other things.

We believe in continuous education of the highest standard and take frequent study trips to the US, Sweden, the Dominican Republic and Ireland to gain our certifications.
