Understanding body mechanics for the young athlete can be of huge benefit.

Rehearsing movement patterns inherent to your desired sport or understanding strength and conditioning routines applicable to that sport, when learnt at a young age, can only help the development of the young athlete if appropriately delivered.

We work with many aspiring young athletes from the age of 12 in sports such as rugby to swimming to track and field. All of whom are educated in warm up and stretching methods, technical lifting work – including Olympic lifting, plyometric work, eliminating weak points and nutritional and lifestyle strategies.
